TERMS OF AGREEMENT

This Terms of Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Xpert Mobile Detail Service (“Xpert Mobile Detail Service,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the Customer (“Customer” or “you”) for the provision of professional mobile detailing, residential home cleaning, and building cleaning services throughout our Wisconsin service locations.

1. Services

Xpert Mobile Detail Service agrees to provide professional services, including but not limited to:

Auto Detailing: exterior washing, waxing, polishing, paint correction, interior vacuuming, shampooing, leather conditioning, and other detailing options.
Residential Cleaning: interior cleaning, deep cleaning, carpet cleaning, floor care, kitchen and bathroom sanitation, and other general or specialized home cleaning services.
Building & Commercial Cleaning: janitorial services, floor maintenance, window cleaning, and general facility upkeep.
Additional services may be offered upon request and will be provided based on availability and agreement.

2. Payment

• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• A non-refundable deposit of $40 is required to secure an appointment. This deposit is applied toward the final service balance.
• All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the customer has completed the walk-around, review, or final inspection and approved the service.

3. Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
• Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in denial of future service.

4. Vehicle/Property Walk-Around & Assessment

• Customers are encouraged to walk around and inspect their vehicle or property prior to service.
• By participating in the assessment, you acknowledge that you accept the vehicle or property for detailing/cleaning services in its current condition.
• Xpert Mobile Detail Service will not be held liable for any pre-existing, unnoticed, or inaccessible damages identified after the service has been completed.

5. Liability

Xpert Mobile Detail Service will exercise reasonable care while performing all services. However, the Customer acknowledges that Xpert Mobile Detail Service shall not be held liable for:

• Pre-existing damage, wear, or defects on vehicles, furniture, or property;
• Damages arising from pre-existing structural, mechanical, or material issues; or
• Loss or damage to personal items left inside vehicles, homes, or buildings.

Customers are advised to remove all valuables prior to service.

6. Customer Responsibilities

The Customer agrees to:

• Provide accurate information regarding the vehicle, home, or building and any special instructions;
• Ensure a safe and accessible workspace for technicians and cleaning staff;
• Provide access to water and electricity if required (unless otherwise arranged); and
• Remove personal or fragile items before service begins.

If the service area is unsafe, inaccessible, or unsanitary, Xpert Mobile Detail Service reserves the right to postpone or refuse service without refund.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

Xpert Mobile Detail Service is committed to delivering high-quality results.
If you are not satisfied with our work, please notify the technician or cleaning specialist before completion of the final walk-around or review.
We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any issues on-site.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Modifications

Xpert Mobile Detail Service reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time.
Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website or upon direct notification to the Customer.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice.
All outstanding balances and obligations must be settled prior to or upon termination.

11. Entire Agreement

This Agreement represents the entire understanding between Xpert Mobile Detail Service and the Customer.
It supersedes all prior agreements, communications, or representations, whether written or oral.

PRIVACY POLICY

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

• Personal Identifiable Information (PII): Name, email address, phone number, billing address, service address, and payment details.
• Service-Related Information: Vehicle details, appointment history, property details, and service preferences.
• Technical Information: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, and website browsing activity.
• Communications Data: Messages, reviews, or customer service inquiries.

2. Use of Information

We may use the collected information to:

• Provide, manage, and improve our Services;
• Process payments and maintain transaction records;
• Communicate regarding appointments, promotions, and updates;
• Comply with legal obligations and ensure service integrity.

3. Disclosure of Information

We do not sell or rent personal information. Information may be shared with:

• Service Providers: Trusted vendors for payment processing, IT, and support services;
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, regulation, or government authority;
• Business Transfers: In connection with mergers, acquisitions, or restructuring.

4. Data Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information.
However, no method of Internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill service obligations or comply with legal requirements.

• Object to or restrict processing;
• Request a copy of your data;
• Withdraw consent where applicable.

Xpert Mobile Detail Service operates as a mobile-only business with a home base in Wisconsin.
We do not maintain a physical storefront. Services are provided at customer-specified locations within our designated service areas.
Requests outside of our service area may not be fulfilled.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to update this Policy at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon posting on our website unless otherwise required by law.
Continued use of our Services after changes signifies acceptance.
